Select Demolition provides all aspects of internal strip out services providing a complete back to shell product incorporating soft furnishing removal, mechanical and electrical removal and the removal of internal structures

Often working in sensitive situations and partially occupied buildings, we are able to deploy our team to work ‘out of hours’ if required to minimise any disruption to occupants and neighbours and to suit principle contractor and client requirements.

All environmentally sensitive items removed during a soft strip are disposed of at licensed recycling or disposal sites.
