Select Demolition are currently carrying out the demolition and soft strip for the second phase of this roll out project for Overbury plc.
The works include the removal of M&E, lighting boxes, vav units, ductworks grilles and chillers. The removal of ceilings, raised flooring, partitions, fire barriers and the soft strip of toilet areas, common parts and the reception / lobby area.
This project is part of a roll out programme carried out by Select Demolition for Overybury, West Midlands office. Select Demolition have deployed a team to Coventry for the duration of the works to provide a continued service to this valued repeat business Client.
