The works involved a soft strip and M&E removal. Dismantle and removal of 6 external roof plant rooms. Removal of 3nr elevator installations. Removal of structural central stair way and removal of R/C stairs and landings over 7 floors utilising remote controlled breaking and pulverising equipment.
