The works comprised of a soft strip to 10 floors including M&E removal and removal of roof top plant areas. Removal of elevator installations over 10 levels. Removal of roof structure complete and removal of structural steel lift shaft structure and surrounding stair construction structural core walls over 10 levels as well as installation of temporary support system.
